If you do not have access to online banking or you are a ‘paper only’ member, please complete the booking form and forward a cheque for £20 per person made payable to ‘The Arts Society Gloucestershire’ to Anna Parry, Cross Cottage, Quenington, Cirencester GL7 5BS . Please enclose a SAE for confirmation if you do not have an email address.

Please note that no refunds will be issued but in the event that a member is unable to attend and there is no waiting list, she/he may find a replacement who does not need to be a member of the Society. Please advise me if you are transferring your place to someone else and ensure they request a further booking form to complete.

Your place is confirmed subject to our receiving payment of £20 per person. If we have not received this within 21 days of your application, unfortunately your place will be withdrawn
